Rolls Royce 102EX is an experimental Rolls Royce which is supposed to spark a debate about if luxury car dealers should change there cars power source to electric power. It was also made for them (Rolls Royce ) to learn more about electric Rolls Royce's and how they will work. One of the notable features is that the figurine on the hood is clear and lights up. The inside is mostly the same as the regular Phantom. The engine is a 96 cell lithium-ion battery instead of the 6.75 liter V12 petrol engine. It also has two water-cooled motors and some 3-phase battery chargers. 2012 is the end to a twelve month world tour to show of the car and test it in different conditions around the world. Rolls-Royce have stated that there are no plans to create a consumer model.
